This legal unfurnished rental apartment over the garage is separate from the rest of the house, has its own entrance, and offers tremendous privacy.  It is cozy, carpeted and perfect for a single occupant.  $1050 per month including utilities, WiFi, basic cable.  $1500 security deposit.

The Tenant:

A quiet, friendly and responsible individual.  Ideally a non-smoker with no pets (OK, one indoor cat is possible on a case-by-case basis).  Excellent credit required: we will run a credit check and require references.  We would love it if the tenant is a member of the LGBTQ+ communities.

 

The Owners:

 

Long-term (26 years!) gay male couple.  We are quiet, often in bed early, no drugs or smoking, and keep to ourselves.  The tenant and owners will likely only run into one another in the garage.
